Download our price sheet for more information.
What is included in the rental price?
This price includes installation and takedown of the tent for your event, which may fall over one
weekend. When your event is on a weekend, we could install the tent on Thursday or Friday so you
have plenty of time to decorate. We can also take the tent down on Monday or Tuesday, allowing you
plenty of time for cleanup. Detachable sidewalls are included but not installed.
What are the payment arrangements?
A signed contract and a deposit of 50% are required on all rentals. The reservation is not made until
both are received. The balance due is required at the time or before setup.

What if I am unable to have the tent set up on a weekday?
There is an additional 15% up charge ($50 minimum) per set up or take down on a Saturday or
Sunday or holiday.
How do I know if my area is suitable for installing a tent?
First add 10 ft to both the length and width of the tent to allow for stakes. Then pace off your area in
both directions to see if you have room. The tent will look and perform better if it is on a flat, level surface. Be sure to let us know if the tent will be installed on grass, gravel or asphalt. YOU MUST CONTACT DIGGERS HOTLINE!!!Be certain the space you choose has no underground cables or water lines. They require several days notice (5-7 working days) to perform this. It is a free service so, please plan ahead. 1-800-242-8511 or 811 or www.diggershotline.com
How responsible am I for the condition and safety of the tent?
During the rental period, you are responsible for the tents physical condition and safe use. You are
not responsible for acts of God, which may threaten the tent.
What do I do when I'm done with the tent?
The tent should be cleared of any tables / chairs / other items within the perimeter of the tent so our
takedown is accomplished efficiently. Sidewalls should be under the tent so they are found easily and
returned. Any decorations or other objects attached to the tent should be removed.
